Request and quote
Uploading does not create an order. Quotes are manually reviewed, itemized, and valid for seven days. The order becomes binding after full payment.
File rights
The customer confirms reproduction rights. We may decline illegal, unsafe, or rights-infringing projects.
Made-to-order production
Parts are made to specification. Normal FDM visual characteristics are not automatically defects.
Price and payment
Production and courier are shown separately in RON. Full Stripe payment is required before printing.
Liability and complaints
The customer discloses use and exposure. We do not certify medical, food-contact, electrical, or safety-critical automotive uses.
