We collect contact data, project details, 3D files, consent records, and payment references. We do not store complete card details.
Purpose
Data is used for quotes, contract performance, delivery, support, security, and legal obligations.
Providers
Stripe processes payment, Resend sends email, and couriers receive delivery data.
Retention
Declined or cancelled files are removed after 30 days and completed files after 90 days.
Rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction and may contact the Romanian data protection authority.
